Learn the benefit of meditation for your mind, body, and your relationship with others. Join in community and learn skills for managing stress, and emotional regulation through mindfulness meditation, mindful moments, and the use of the breath. All women are welcome, no prior experience needed. Bring yourself, comfortable clothing, (pen and notebook optional).
